THIS TREATMENT SHOULD ONLY BE USED AS LAST RESORT...

TANKCANDY LLC HOLDS NO RESPONSABILITY WITH USE OF THIS PRODUCT. DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE HAND. YOU MUST REMOVE ALL INVERTIBRETS BEFORE TREATMENT!! I personally would remove all inverts then wait a day to see any that were missed before dosing.
NOTE: Turn off or remove skimmer, GFO, Carbon etc.
Equipment: Motor pestel or cheap coffee grinder, RO water, Scale, Carbon for day 14 and Interceptor (White Box Large Dog)
For the treatment below this will be bassed of of a 120 gallon system.
The active ingreadiant in Interceptor is (milbemycin Oxime). Each pill "(Dogs 51- 100lb) (White Box)" has 23.0mg each. Rule of thumb 2 pills first week for a 400 gallon system, then 4 pills the following week for a 400 gallon system.
Breakdown for how much Interceptor to use.
2 pills = 46.0mg then divide that by 400 gallons and we get .115mg per gallon. (46.0/400)=.115mg per gallon
With a 120 gallon systems we then multiply .115mg by 120G and we get 13.8mg for the first dose. (.115*120G)= 13.8mg
We next must weight the pill. The pill I have weights 1.0grams. Divide the total weight of the pill (1.0g) by the amount of milbemycin (23.0mg) in each pill (1.0/23.0)=.0434783
We then multiply .043478 by 13.8mg (first Dosage)= .6grams
